1. Introduction

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy was prepared in compliance with Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 - the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (“LGPD”) to define the rules and clarify rights related to privacy and protection of personal data processed during your access, experience or relationship with NOWLE - MARKETING AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LTDA., a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 47.206.078/0001-20, headquartered at Rua Dr. Luiz Migliano, No. 1986 - Room 2613 - Jardim Caboré - São Paulo/SP - ZIP Code 05711-000 (“nowle” or “we”).

This policy applies to nowle, under the LGPD, as the recipient of personal data that may be provided by users of the website https://www.nowle.io, as well as any and all data subjects whose personal data may be processed by nowle and for which nowle becomes responsible - from the respective collection - for use, storage and protection as controller of the information provided, according to the legal definition.

8. nowle as Personal Data Controller

nowle is directly responsible for personal data, but there may be situations in which nowle is not directly responsible and acts only as a personal data processor for third parties, legally qualified as an operator.

When nowle processes personal data as a processor, this is instructed by a third party and nowle is then bound by the instructions given to nowle by the controller. In these situations, nowle cannot guarantee that such processing will occur in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but nowle will always ensure that processing complies with applicable law and, to the extent possible, with this Privacy Policy.

9. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

If you choose at any time to delete your personal data from the storage database, nowle may retain some personal data for an additional period for purposes of complying with legal or regulatory obligations, as well as for the regular exercise of nowle's rights, audits and compliance rules.

  6. Deletion of data processed with the user's consent, except in the cases provided for by law;
  7. Obtaining information about the entities with which nowle shared the user's data;
  8. Information about the possibility of the user not providing consent, as well as being informed about the consequences in case of refusal;
  9. Information related to the processing, storage and destination of personal data, within the scope of the LGPD;
  10. Withdrawal of consent.

11. Use of Cookies

nowle uses cookies to optimize and speed up your future activities and experiences in the services offered by nowle through its website.

Through cookies, the site stores information about browser activities, including the IP address and the page accessed.
